The purpose of this course is to provide an advanced understanding of the procedural questions of the EU such as; Internal Market, Goods 1, Quality Restrictions, MEQRs and Abolition of Custom Duties & CEEs, Free Movement of Workers, Establishments, Services within the EU, European Union Citizenship, Enforcement of EU Law and EU Judicial Review.
