This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the rules, principles, and processes governing the resolution of civil disputes in a legal setting. The objective is to equip students with the knowledge of procedural law, including the stages of litigation such as filing claims, pre-trial procedures, trial processes, and post-trial actions. Students will learn the roles of various parties involved, including plaintiffs, defendants, judges, and attorneys, while also understanding the practical application of civil procedure in both local and international contexts.
