What is an evidence? Why are certain vital evidence to layman not admissible in court? What are burden of proof? How do trial judges, lawyers and litigants deal with evidential theories and policies in court hearings. These are questions the evidence law seeks to answer. it is concerned with admissibility of evidences, modes of proof, the manner of production of evidence and the burden of proof. This course provides students with the chance to study court approach in depth.
