This course covers the law of the constitution, including definisions and theories of Constitutionalism, the clasifications, sources, Institutions, its Role and Function, Relationship between Institutions and the People, the structure and basic principles of the British constitution, and the impact of European Union law on the English constitution post BREXIT. Parliamentary Sovereignty; Concept of Parliamentary sovereignty, A.V. Dicey’s Analysis of Sovereignty, Arguments Against Parliamentary Sovereignty Analysis in the UK, It also provides an introduction to the protection of human rights in English law.
