This focused course examines the legal frameworks shaping the internet, including digital privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, online speech, and e-commerce regulations. Through guided readings and discussions, students explore key cases, statutes, and emerging issues in internet law. The course includes two projects: (1) an essay and presentation where students select their own topic related to internet law, and (2) an article, essay based on the lecturer-provided topic centered on the intersection of AI and law. Designed for students seeking a foundational understanding of legal principles in the digital age.
