It covers the legal aspects of Property, Security, and Contract of Guarantee including the Sales of Good, Types of Transactions and Goods, Price; Payment and Delivery, Ownership, Non Existent goods Risk and Frustration, Defective Goods Exemption, Limitation clauses and Remedies . The course also explores Commercial Conflict of Law. Through case studies, practical exercises, and critical analysis, students will gain the skills necessary to navigate the complex legal environment of modern business.
