The aim of this course is two folds. On the one hand, the course would aid students in understanding what Labour Law is. Understand it as an autonomous legal discipline that is, knowing and understanding the scope and characteristics of Labour Law as an independent branch of our legal system.
Secondly, to familiarize students with the historical, social, and legal factors that led to the emergence and development of Labour Law and its current institutional, legal, and academic autonomy.
