This course has been
organized to facilitate students’ understanding of the rights, duties, and
obligations of trustees and beneficiaries and the nature of the fiduciary
relationship. Also, the course pursues the understanding of the concepts of variation of
trust, breach of trust, equitable remedies of specific performance,
injunctions, rescission, rectification, and tracing available for breach of trust, and trustees’
duties pertaining to investments, maintenance, and advancements to beneficiaries
and personal services. Issues with the Family Home & Unincorporated
Associations.
